A Grade II Star Listed Estate originating from the 14th Century with a main 18th Century house, our proposals were fully supported by Historic England.

The removal of the 19th and 20th Century buildings now sets the main villa in a more appropriate context, surrounded by majestic gardens overlooking Tintagel Bay in north Cornwall.
