Grade II Listed Victorian Seaside Villa
Rockside is a classic, high Victorian villa from 1860 that overlooks Salcombe Estuary with its own quayside and waterfront garden. The whole building has been conserved using traditional techniques and the highest quality craftsmanship.
Our works include full facade restoration, roof repairs, new windows, internal layouts and a new wing extension.
Atkinson Architects have also strengthened the distinctive, filigree cast-iron cantilevered balcony that runs continuously across the villa base.
The massive stone sea wall has been strengthened with solid granite steps a new private boat mooring accessed directly from the sheltered lawned gardens.
